Compass Immobilier is a fully registered French estate agency based in the Gers, Gascony, South West France. Victoria C. HEADDON, managing director, is a qualified lawyer specialised in French real estate law, inheritance and some tax matters. Her particular expertise is invaluable for advising clients on the legal aspects of buying and selling real estate property. Mrs. Headdon is also a certified Property Investment Adviser (Conseil en Patrimoine Immobilier) and thus able to advise on tax and estate planning property schemes.

Victoria Headdon is also a member of the college of expert valuers SNPI (Experts Evaluateurs SNPI) qualified to provide full, formal valuations of real estate property for the purposes of sale, gifts, inheritance, divorce, wealth tax etc.

The agency's head office is in Castéra-Verduzan, a lively spa town in the North of the Gers, between Auch and Condom, and it has a number of independent commercial agents (agents commerciaux), operating under its professional license and covering various areas in the Midi-Pyrénées and Aquitaine regions.
